Baileys Irish Cream Trifle

INGREDIENTS

1 packet green jelly
3 tablespoons Midori, optional
400mls pure cream
½ cup baileys Irish cream
1 packet jam 'Rolly Pollys', cut into thirds
2 'Flakes'

METHOD

Make jelly according to packet instructions. Adding Midori, if using, prior to setting. Then set cut into slices.

Place cream in a bowl with the baileys, and whip until stiff.

Decoratively layer 'Rolly Pollys', jelly and cream in parfait glasses. Top with crumbled flake and garnish with cherries.
